Full-time Custodian at Bryce Valley High School
POSITION AVAILIABLE: Garfield County School District is hiring a full-time custodian at Bryce Valley High School. This position will be up to 40 hours per week. This is a benefited position which includes retirement; health/life insurance & paid time off.
SALARY: Beginning Custodian hourly rate according to the 2023-2024 Classified Salary Schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in and around school facilities to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment at BVHS. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and respond to emergency calls for custodial assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have at least a high school diploma. Preference will be given to those applicants with previous custodial and maintenance experience. Applicants, upon hiring, must be fingerprinted and pass an employment background check. Applicants must work well with children.
