Drama/Theater Coach at Panguitch High School

POSITION AVAILABLE:    

Garfield County School District is seeking applications for a Drama/Theater Coach at Panguitch High School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.

DUTIES:

·         Understand purpose of the theater program and all expectations from Panguitch High School.

·         Choose an appropriate play for students to perform.

·         Supervise/guide students in tryouts, rehearsals, performances, etc.

·         Guide students in choosing & preparing theater performances to present for region & state competitions.

·         Supervise students as they attend and compete at region & state competitions.

·         Manage the budget for the theater program.

SALARY:

Coaching Stipend will be paid according to the 2026-2027 Garfield County School District Extra-Curricular Activities Claim Voucher.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain coaching, and CPR/First Aid certificates, as well as other training required by the district. Applicants must satisfactorily pass an employment background check.
