Garfield County School District follows the state graduation requirements, while including the Individual Family Relationships course and Health Science Intro. GCSD credits are adjusted to 36 credits because we are on a 5 X 5 block schedule rather than a 7-period day.

Students transferring in from other schools during their high school years (after 9th grade has started) will have their credits adjusted, depending on the schedules they were on in their old schools.

Transfer credits will ONLY be accepted from accredited programs/institutions.
