Full-Time Teacher for Garfield Online Elementary School

Position Announcement:

Garfield County School District is hiring a full-time teacher for Garfield Online Elementary School. This position will be responsible for serving students through our K-6 online school.  

Salary:

Step & Lane will be determined based on the 2025-2026 Garfield County School District Certified Salary Schedule and applicable teaching experience. This position is based on a one-year contract and is subject to funding availability. This is a benefited position, working 157-day contract/4 days a week; and includes retirement, health/life insurance & paid time off.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have or be capable of obtaining a Utah teaching license & needed endorsements within the time frame set by the board of education. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required. All applicants must be fingerprinted and satisfactorily pass an employment background check.
