Half-Time Music/Band/Drama Teacher at Bryce Valley High
POSITION ANNOUCEMENT:
Garfield County School District is hiring a half-time teaching position in Performing Arts – specializing in Music/Band/Drama at Bryce Valley High School in Tropic, Utah. This position requires a dedicated, energetic teacher who fosters a love of the performing arts to encourage student creativity and confidence through school concerts, theatrical productions and musical ensembles. This position will begin with the 2025-2026 school year.
SALARY:
Step and Lane will be determined based on the 2025-2026 Garfield County School District Certified Salary Schedule and applicable teaching experience. This position includes retirement & paid time off.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have or be capable of obtaining a Utah teaching license & needed endorsements within the time frame set by the board of education. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. All applicants must be fingerprinted and satisfactorily pass an employment background check.
