Other officers—
The Board of Education may appoint other necessary officers who serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Qualify by taking oath of office—
These officers shall qualify by taking and signing the constitutional oath of office before assuming office.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Utah, and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”
Utah Constitution Art. IV, Sec. X
After the officer has taken and signed the oath of office, the oath shall be filed with the business administrator of the District.
