UPSTART is a FREE at home Preschool Program for children in rural communities.

Rural i3 UPSTART is an in home, computer based early learning program funded by a grant that will prepare your child for kindergarten and then keep him or her up to speed in the summer in just 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
