FFA Assistant Advisor at Bryce Valley High School
POSITION AVAILABLE: Garfield County School District is seeking applications for an FFA Assistant Advisor to support our Agricultural Education program at Bryce Valley High School in Tropic, Utah beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, extracurricular position. Hours vary throughout the school year depending on chapter activities, competitions and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the FFA Advisor with coordinating chapter activities and events.
- Support students participating in leadership conferences, career development events (CDEs), leadership development events (LDEs), and livestock shows.
- Assist with supervising students during meetings, practices, competitions, and travel.
- Encourage student leadership, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
- Promote a positive and inclusive FFA chapter culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the FFA Advisor or school administration.
SALARY: Stipend will be paid after all the FFA duties have been completed for the school year.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must satisfactorily pass an employment background check.
