Food Service Worker at Escalante Elementary/High School
Position Announcement:
Garfield County School District is now accepting applications for a food service worker at Escalante Elementary/High School. This position will begin with the 2026-2027 school year. It will be 24 to 28 hours per week with no benefits.
Salary:
Beginning food service worker hourly rate according to the 2025-2026 Garfield County School District Classified Salary Schedule.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma; experience is preferred but not required. Serve Safe certification or food handler’s permit is preferred and will be required upon hire. Applicants must work well with children. Upon hiring, the applicant must be fingerprinted and satisfactorily pass an employment background check.
