I would like to make everyone aware of an upcoming District survey. The survey will be available for a short time beginning on April 1, 2015 through Friday, April 17, 2015. The purpose of the survey is to gather valuable information from the stakeholders in our District. Parents and guardians who have students in 3rd through 12th grade will be encouraged to participate in the survey. Please know, the responses are anonymous and no personal information will be collected. The result of the survey will be shared with the School Board, District Administration, and classroom teachers. The survey is short and will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Each year, the survey provides the District with valuable information and the opportunity to recognize areas of success and address areas of concern. You can access the survey by logging onto the District web page at http://www.garfield.k12.ut.us/ or typing http://tinyurl.com/GarfieldParentSurvey in a web browser. Three surveys will be available for the students, parents, and teachers.
